PERSONAL WELLNESS
Not everyone has the same needs. In fact, it’s hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach to health! Let’s get to know each other and together we’ll build out your personalized wellness plan.
GROUP WELLNESS
As a professional Wellness Coach, one of the first lessons I start with is by showing how everything we do is connected. Let’s work together in order to find a wellness approach that works for you.
Refund Policy
At Bridging the Gap Wellness, I strive to provide high-quality services and products that support your journey toward better health and wellbeing. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a session.

1. Products (including granola and wellness items)

All products are made and packaged with care.

Due to the nature of food and wellness products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once the product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, at the buyer’s expense.
2. Coaching Sessions and Consultations

Coaching sessions are designed to provide personalized support and guidance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your session, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of Bridging the Gap Wellness.

If a session is cancelled by me for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
3. Workshops, Events, and Talks

Bookings for talks, group sessions, or workshops are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and planning takes place in advance.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

In the unlikely event that the event or talk is cancelled by Bridging the Gap Wellness, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
